Digital transformation, the process of optimizing and improving an organization's activities through technology, has not yet reached its full potential in higher education. Educational institutions (HEIs) focus their efforts on professional areas and research, while the job market increasingly demands professionals with Soft Skills, in addition to the specific technical knowledge of their areas. HEIs, for the most part, neglect the development of Soft Skills in their students, which goes against the market demands. This gap hinders the professional training of individuals who, even with technical knowledge, are not prepared for the challenges of the work world. Digital transformation in education, through the implementation of new technologies and teaching methodologies, can be the key to filling this gap and developing Soft Skills in students. EduTech emerges as a promising digital platform to improve the internship process, connecting HEIs, students, and companies, facilitating communication, the exchange of information, and offering tools for evaluating and monitoring student performance. The solution discussed in this article offers several benefits, including:
