This article addresses the challenges faced by patients and clinics in the management of medical information. By examining the difficulties patients encounter when arriving at a new clinic without medical history and considering the problems of accumulation and disorganization of information in medical clinics, the need for an innovative solution arises. Modernization becomes urgent, as evidenced by reports highlighting the damages caused by the loss of sensitive information. The current scenario reveals a cumbersome and bureaucratic process, from initial registration to obtaining relevant medical information. This article proposes OpenHealth, a platform aimed at transforming the sharing of information between clinics and pharmacies, aiming to facilitate access to patient information, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
